This website is operated by V SPA Facial and Massage, 233 Turpin Road, Labrador QLD 4215. By using it you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Treatment information and prices
The treatments, durations and prices shown here are the current menu at the date above. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Where a price is shown as "from", it is the starting price for the shortest booking of that treatment. Longer bookings cost more, and the price for the length you want is confirmed when you book.
The menu and its prices can change. The price confirmed with you at the time of booking is the price that applies to your appointment.
Bookings
You can book online through the V SPA booking system or by calling 0406 545 882.
You pay on the day, at your appointment.
Changing or cancelling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be charged a fee, which depends on the treatment booked. To cancel or reschedule, call 0406 545 882.
You can also text 0406 545 882, or use the link in your confirmation email.
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shorter so the next client isn't kept waiting. The price stays the same.
If V SPA has to cancel your appointment, Vanessa will contact you to find a new time.
Health, suitability and results
Everything on this site is general information about the treatments offered. It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a promise of any particular outcome.
Tell us before your treatment if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, have a skin condition, allergy or injury, or are under medical care. Some treatments are not suitable in some circumstances, and we may recommend a different treatment or decline to proceed. That judgement rests with the therapist.
Before your first visit, please fill in the health form honestly. If anything changes after that, tell Vanessa before your next treatment. She may adapt a treatment, or decline it, based on what you tell her.
Before your first lash or brow tint or lift, you'll need a patch test to check the product suits your skin.
Under 18s and children
Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's consent to have a treatment. Under 16s also need a parent or guardian with them at the appointment.
Please don't bring children who would be left unsupervised. Vanessa is with you for your whole treatment, so there's no one to look after them.
Respect
Please treat Vanessa and the spa with respect. If someone behaves inappropriately, Vanessa may end the treatment.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always reachable. Where this site links to another website, such as Google Maps, we are not responsible for that site's content or its privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
